Abstract

The paper presents the rotor refurbishment solution for centrifugal air compressors at Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, which was carried out entirely with domestic resources based on the results of rotor inspection and evaluation of the axial thrust force and the strength of rotor thrust disc. Calculation of equipment capacity after refurbishment has also been performed by Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) to ensure that the device operates at an optimal load.
